Each progress note was audited using 1995 and 1997
guidelines.
The 1995 exam was audited using the CMS- EPF (2-7)
and Detailed (2-7 presenting system in detail) and WPS
EPF (2-4) and Detailed (5-7). You can see that it very
seldom made a difference in the results.
